Evaluation

My research came from http://www.indesignrecruitment.co.uk/page3/page31/page31.html
and Google, I started by looking at templates on google images and then on Indesign Recruitment.

From my research I have learnt about proportion, scale and diversity when i first started working on photoshop i didnt understand how important proprtion was. I've also learnt that i can create a template from many aspects and taking bits and bobs out of images and creating a masterpiece.

the basic idea for this project that I had in mind was a simple but elegant template, i wanted it to be girly and mature, i think i have achieved this look so im happy with the result.

i didnt really have a plan to tackle this project, i didnt find it as easy as it should have been especially because i dont have photo shop at home.

-

i played around with many of the techiniques like editing the image but for my final result i stuck with cutting out the image.

the changes i made from my original idea were that rather than using a photograph i used a still image from a fashion show and starting working with it. i did this because i didnt like the effect of a photagraphed image, i preferred it to be from the internet were it would be airbrushed and look near to perfection.

-

i think the strenghts in my final design are that it meets the brief for my theme. It's strong and i stand by it.

i think the weakness in my final design is the use of colour, i wish i could have gone into a depth of colour but i had to stay with grey's.

if i did this type of project again i would do many things differently, first of all i would be much more accurate with time management, aslo i think a greater depth of research would have helped.
