Feel Of Loneliness

The contrast between light and dark in these photographs looks like a big part of what makes this image feel so cold. I aslo noticed how the faces of the people are always down, we cant actually see there emotion but we can feel there sadness from there body language.

The background plays a huge part in these photographs, again there is a sense of light and dark and empty space, it gives me an idea of the type of locations we should be looking for.

I really like the effect of the image of the woman crying, it is very intense i think the way they have contrasted the colours with her emotion is fantastic, you can see the pain in her face and dramatic colours of the tear makes her face stand out from the background and because they are backing eachother up very well, the image is a emotionally perfect.

Ruth Hogben

Ruth Hogben has a very interesting sense of colour, her photographs are sharp and detailed. in the first image it is very much a tone of light and dark but with the second one i love the effect of the black background and her pale face and red lipstick its eye catching and bold. its quite abstract to a sense where they have made her neck very long and the silhouette of her face is is perfect.

Nick Knight

Knick Knights work is very creative. he uses the human body to create a dynamic photograph that looks flexible to the eye, the first image of the light breaking through the people is amazing, he's used his creative logic with the help of a computer and created a fluent shape of movement by being still.
The image of the wan on the chair is genius i had to look at it very closley to make out how she was being still, her body language is sharp and strong and absolutley beautiful.

Jason Last

Jason Last's work doesn't influence me as much as the others but he has an interesting style. although it doesn't suit my taste i like the compostition of his images, his models are bang in the middle and catch your eye before anything else on the page.

Francesco Carrozzini

Francesco Carrozzini's work is simple but classy, i think he tries to catch his models at a moment where they face tells the story. i think the face expressions each model corporates into to there photograph portrays how they are feeling at that moment.
